My wife and I were on vacation in Portland by the airport and it was AMAZING! I got a memelita, basically a masa cake with a meat, which was pork on this one and beans spread on top. Delicious.
I got two tacos, the meats were spectacular. Super perfect taco shells and well cooked meat.
Great service and pretty reasonable. I think they hang out at breweries quite a bit. I got mine at Level Brewery, which is also an awesome brewery.
They said it would be ready in 20 minutes, and it was. So good! -

Came here for a bite while checking out Level Beer. I would say it's a-okay. The person running the food truck is friendly and quick with service. I had the empanada which was filled with chicken and a red mole. It was okay overall. Although it looked pretty big, I was definitely jonesing for other snacks afterwards, as it was mostly filled with mole.

I don't go out for lunch often. When I do I'm glad there is a food cart like this for me to visit. I've had a couple things here and have enjoyed them enough to go back for more.
This place is a little overpriced for a Mexican food cart. I always figured that the food could be a little cheaper if a food establishment didn't have to pay for brick and mortar things...but what do I know?
The burritos are huge and come with all the usual fixings. I can speak for only the veggie burrito.
The tacos are also HUGE! Had I known this I would have only ordered two of them. This makes the veggie/fish taco price a little easier to swallow.
This cart is right outside of Level Beer. I have yet to hit this place up, but can imagine how nice some tasty Mexican food would be if I had a few drinks in me. -

Took nearly an hour to get a breakfast burrito, which would be expected if they were busy. But seeing how I'm one of maybe three people who've ordered in this hour, not sure what took so long. Last time we came, it was the same story. Food takes an insane amount of time to come out, and it's okay at best. Will not be coming here again.
